The Happy Mask

We all have a self defense system in place to guard our hearts from the pain of infertility. But today I want you to be on guard. There is a mask we put on so we can cope with the world and the insensitivity they have about our situation… but sometimes we forget to take that mask off.

Sometimes we start tricking ourselves into thinking we are happy but REALLY we are just avoiding, ignoring and pressing out the pain of our circumstances.

Today I want to challenge you to take the mask off. THIS is not about showing the world your pain but it’s about us having the courage to face the pain so that we can find genuine happiness.
